INCENTIVE
Kentucky has an easy-to-navigate, fully refundable 30-35% Tax Credit Production Incentive. Both Below-the-Line and Above-the-Line production expenses qualify for the 30-35% incentive,
including BTL and ATL personnel brought in from out-of-state.
The HONOR Team is engaged with the Kentucky Film Commission to ensure that the maximum incentive amount for the film will be achieved.
